- March 1st, 2010 I embarked on my 27 month Peace Corps Costa Rica adventure. I am in the CED program (community economic development program) where we will be working to increase the knowledge and skill or current and potential entrepreneurs in management and planning; teaching skill in information communication technology and teaching English as a second language.
